my father died in 2013.he is survived by one wife and 2 children.and my father's mother(grand mother) was also alive at that time.she died in 2014.now we want to partition my father's property which are all bought by him only,nothing inherited.legal heir certificate has my grandmother name in it.now she is dead does my uncle(father's brother) hav any rights in our property.but i learned from online sources that after 2005 amendment of hindu succession act my uncle does not hav any right as it would mean drifting of property from the source.all property are in my father name only.please help
