When filing a suit for injunction against person A who has interest in a suit property but person causing trouble is wife of person A. Shoudl the suit be filed against person A or both person A and his wife?
What is the law about applicability of an injunction order issued against a person to his immediate family.
i.e if injunction was against person A and his son voilates the injunction order, will person A or his son be accountable for violation of the injunction order? Please provide case laws.
