I had bought one bhk flat in thane. Builder has informed that i can not park my vehicle in building premises as i have not bought open /stilt parking lot . some of the members of building apposing me for parking of vehicle.They argue that they have paid for stilt parking /open area and same have been mentioned in their agreements . can anybody guide for further course of action as builder yet to form society.
