Myself ,Rakesh Rai, I want to bring in knowledge about a dispute which recently intiated by my neighbour in my bulding.I shifted in the building which falls under pagadi system in the dombivali west.I was staying as tenant from 2004. In 2011 we bought the flat from the landlord on my name.
Now issue is my neighbour is showing interest in the store area whic resides on the top right corner in one of my room which falls in his area as per construction (as he is saying). Now he is insisting us to leave that area for his water tank storage by breaking the wall under our room wall boundary.
Please suggest me as what action is to be taken as generally pagadi system flats are not regular structured and such dominance is correct or not.
Please respond at the earliest as iam seeking opinion.
