Sir l am staying in Ghatkopar as I have give Complaint to BMC FOR ILLEGAL alterations amalgamation and FSI violations inside the flats done by members BMC has served Notice OF MRTP 53 (1) TO 42 MEMBERS on 17.11.2017 and after that all the members who have received notices have gone to Building Proposal Dept. to regularise their illegal work.
I want to know that is their illegal Work is regulated by BMC then they will not be PROSECUTED
