Thank you Sir for your reply.  The order has been issued just now.

As expected the Judge at the Nagpur Bench of the Hon'ble HIGH COURT Mr.Bhushan Dharmadhikari  has played foul with the Order for the Writ Petition by suppressing the material facts at the time of the Oral Argument and also the Written Statements in the Petition. Can I file a CORRUPTION COMPLAINT AGAINST the Judge?  What is the remedy available other than the REVIEW PETITION which will ultimately go to the CORRUPT JUDGE again. 

I READY TO EVEN REPRODUCE THE ORDER HERE OR ANY OTHER FORUMS.  TO MAKE PEOPLE AWARE OF THE CORRUPTION IN HIGH COURTS.

                File a petition of corruption against that Judge of the High Court under Prevention of Corruption Act and if possible ask for CBI  investigation in  to the whole matter; the rest CBI would take care of after sanction from the State Government., Also, Write a complaint regarding the Judge's alleged corruption  to the Chief Justice of India along with all other proofs in your possession.

Dear Friend

Normally a Judge should pass order in month or two. If the order is delayed for too long then try and mention the matter before that Judge. Also, if you see any infirmity in the judgement then right remedy is APPEAL and not corruption charges against the Judge. Please avail the right recourse available to you under the law. Don't rub the Judge on wrong side.
