Order 39 rule 3 of c p c

Hello,

My Brother has got temporary stay on the land  from city civil judge (order 39 rule 3 of c p c) which is in my name, he claims that he has a share in the land, the land was directly registered in my name from the developer 25 years back, can you please advice what can i do? My father has taken loan and is in urgent need of funds.

Next date of hearing is on March 4^th , can I approach the court with relevant documents now and quash this case or I have to wait for march 4^{tg    ?}
