I Bimal Kumar Sinha a resident of Ranchi,Jharkhand was working in Schenck Process India Ltd as engineer in the production department for more than 11 years+ but I along with 3-4 colleagues were terminated by the company without any reason despite our spotless work record,so we filed our cases individually first in labour court and then in Jharkhand Highcourt and the decision has come so I am attaching the decision with this mail and also an opinion which a lawyer friend of mine has given to me and I want your opinion on all these documents so kindly refer it and mail me at bk.sinha0510@gmail.com.
