Open up a business

Hello to all,

I am planing to open up a business (placement / recruitment services) with my friend as partner in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India . I am writing here to seek advice as to how do I go ahead with the same. What are the pre requisites & a little on the Legal documentation requirements.

First and foremost document is partnership deed because you are going to start a business with ur frnd as a partner so your business will be partnership business. So partnership deed is necessary and it should be regd.,
