Please suggest whether I can operate online selling business from rental property i.e residential flat.
My only visitors per day are 3-4 pick-up or delivery boys from gati, bludart, aramex which i use as shipping partners. Daily 3-4 appointment and no more than 100 appointments per month. I can understand it's part of the trading but very limited to 3-4 visitors per day and most often same guys.
Is it a nuisence ? It's been an year with a very limited turnover of 2-3 lakhs or not more than 4 lakhs.
No customers or any other visitors.
