We have a room in Mumbai which is constructed one plus one. The rent receipt of the entire house is one but the landlord is charging the rent of 2nd constructed house as others in the rent receipt. the 2 house was build somewhere in the year 1992 or 1993. the entry of the house is also one
the room no of the hose is also single but we have 2 light bill connection , 2 ration card , 2 gas connection on different names
Want to know the law if the building goes under redevelopment will it be considered as two separate house and accordingly will we get the flats or it will be counted as a single property
