Eligibility

Any Mizo whose birth place or parents belong(s) to the jurisdication of the Govt. of Mizoram.

Application form can be obtained from the DC office counter during office hours for Rs. 5/-.
Endorsement or Comment of V.C.P./A.O/B.D.O/Reliable Gazetted Officers/D.Cs Staff above L.D.C.
Children born of inter-caste marriages should enclose a certificate from the concerned VCP to the effect.
Submission to the judicial branch, DC office Complex, Aizawl.
