pls guide can a 60 year lawyer without any practise get the oath commissionery  and how much the duration of his power

pls c the rules applicable in this context in ur state.

generally it is granted for a prd of 2 years to the lawyers having less than 5 yrs of standing.

i dont think there could be age bar but rules vary from court to court, rules in high courts and district courts are different.

As per rule new advocates are appointed as an oath commisioner.
