Null and void marriage

I have filed divorce petition in 2017 on the basis of cheating and cruelty.My wife and her family didn't inform me her 1st marriage, 498 A cases filed by my wife and her elder sister who is a divorcee. My wife also filed a s*xual harassment case against a person before 44 days prior to marriage. my wife also filed a divorce petition in another court and got stay on my divorce petition and applied transfer. She also filed 498A on me. I'm appearing as party in person. After divorce petition in 2017 , can file a petition for null and void based on cheating?

marriage is not nullified on grounds of cruelty and cheating. you have to obtain divorce. was the divorce petition filed by you prior to the petition filed by your wife?

Taking the help of a professional would be better than appearing in person, in my opinion.
