Notice in bounced cheque

Respected members are requested to inform can the 1st notice be issued to the party by us on bouncing of cheque. There is difference of opinion that it should be served by an advocate.

Plz clarify.

It is not essential for an advocate to issue notice , however it is preffered since mistakes are avoided.

If there is variance in notice details and complaint it will benefit the accused.

It is always better to approach an advocate for the legal notice, as there are some valuable ingridents which are neccessary to be stated in an demand notice. if you are well verse than nothing like that.........

the notice under section138(b) of NI act can be caused by an advocate or the holder(payee) himself, but don't forget to incorporate the ingredients required  to be mentioned in the notice
