I am going through a problematic situation at present & I am requesting for your advice.
I had worked in Company X for 1 Year & 4 Months and after which I got an offer from company xx on 20th November and I put down my papers(online) in Company X in 22nd November on Personal and Medical Issues.I offered a buy out to company X and I discontinued working in Company X from 30th of November. Company X insisted to serve the notice period of 3months but I discontinued working on Medical grounds. Company X agreed me not working in the Notice Period and they asked me to collect my release letter on the 21st of February. In the mean time I joined Company XX on the 16th of December.
Company X claims that I am on Leave without Pay in the Notice Period and they did not respond to my offer of buying out my notice I am actively working in Company XX.
Is this Dual Employment?
