hi,
a party has filed a summary suit at bombay high court by forging my signature and preparing a copy of the agreement and putting in terms to suit his claim,
the original agreement is with me,but to my utter surprise the notoary has given a letter to them confirming that he was travelling during that particular month and no such document was notarized by me,
secondly when i tried contacting the notary of the forged agreement his family members inform me that he has expired abt 3 years back,
i am very sure that this crime was done after the notary has died,
i request the experts to give their opiniopn on how to proceed and verify the truth and also breif me the correct procedure,
i am also willing to engage a profession who can give his complete consultancy,
