Notary date

Hi All,

I have signed a notary agreement on 5th Sept. but Notary date with states 7th August with stamp. No photo or ID proof attached. I am surprised. The agreement was just a contract of Holiday company with me, stating the terms.  Is it a valid agreement?

Thanks in advance

the signature must be made while personally appearing before a notary public.  Oaths should ideally have an accompanying journal entry. The dates are vary is illegal.

Notary is always done before checking the Identification of the COncerned Person and the Signature should be done in front of the Notary, then only he attest the Document and makes it Valid, though this is the actual meaning of Noatry.

Thanks,
