Few months back, I got a mail from Exalting Consulting, Bangalore company regarding providing job placements from their consultancies within a stipulated period. They charged Rs.4,500/- from me to make such services.
Later on, I found it is a fake consultancy and requested them to refund the amount which I was paid. I chased them n of times via emails and calls (080 - 64000351-451).
I have sent the filled details of refund form and also sent all the email conversation and the scanned documents (registration & refund details documents).
No one approached to my efforts. I finally lost my amount of Rs.4,500/-.
Is there any way to get the money with respect to consumer protection side?
Please suggest me.
