Not allowed to construct home on our site

Hi Team, me along with my 5 freinds had bought empty site measuring 30x50 sqft in Sai Meadows, Hulimangala Village, Bangalore, by one named Shekar V, in the year 2014. We have Sale Deed with Shekar. Now when we are planning to build house on it, we are getting threats from the local land owners, who claim to be owners and saying, they have not given the land to Shekar. Need your help in this regards and help us to get back our lands back.

Whether the name of yourself and your friends mentioned in the Sale deed or not. Lodge a complaint aginst them in Police Station concerned and consult an experienced Advocate who have knowledge in property matters of your area and file case against them if necessary.

Thanks Satya, yes, we all have our own independant 30x50 plots and all have registered Sale Deed with Shekar respectively. Do we need to raise the compaints from association or we can lodge the complaints independantly. We shall take your suggestions and do consult a legal advisor. Kindly let us know if raising complaint from Association front would make our case more strong or you feel no differences.
