Non resident director

Indian company having 2 directors holding 100% shareholding. Woman director wants to appoint her husband (who is a Non Resident) as Technical Director. What are feasibility and compliances in this regards to be taken care of.

As per Companies Act 2013, Company shall have atelast One director who has stayed in India for 182 days in previous year. Assuming in your case the other two directors are residents in India, so NRI can be appointed as a Director.
