Non payment of salary

I worked for company called Almamate on a contract basis for 5 days...for which they hav to pay me @4000 per day.

In the invoice they have mentioned that they will pay after45 days. bt no bdy in the company is responding or picking up calls.

its almost 2 mnths now.

What shall i do now to hav my payment

Since you have mentioned "Invoice"....apparently the relationship is not employer-employee.... If so the dues are not unpaid wages/salary... You may show The agreement signed with you,bil raised by you,invoice, communication sent by you to your lawyer and proceed under expert advice of your lawyer. Your lawyer may opine that suit for recovery, complaint u/s 406,420 can be filed

This appears to be default in payment for a piece work contracted accordingly. If you have evidences for the said contract, you may first issue a legal notice to the company demanding the amount due to you, on the basis of the reply you may decide about next course of action.
