Non-payment of Bonus

I worked in the Private Limited company where they have not paid my bonus for the year 2015-16 and 2016-17. I lodged the complaint in Labour office. In turn, they called me and company management for conciliation. But company management didn't turn up for hearing. Commissioner issued the letter as the company management not responded for conciliation. Commissioner informed me to file a suit in Madras High Court. Kindly let me know what is the procedure and formalities in this regards.
