Non mentioning of 15 days period in ch retn demand notice i

In case of  Cheque Return, in the demand notice, instead of directly mentioning the period of 15 days for the payment of the amount of the cheque the notice given says “to make the payment due , as prescribed in the act”

Does this invalidate the demand notice?

Can you please help me with the Supreme Court Decision which says that not mentioning the period does not invalidate the notice.
