No will, christain family, cooperative housing society flat

A man died without making a will. He jointly owns a flat in a cooperative society with his wife. He has his wife, 1 major child and mother alive. As they are Christians, how will the husband's share be divided? What are the documents required? And what is the process and fee?

His widow wife inherits 1/3and his mother and major son will inherit remaining 2/3each 1/3i.e all will get equal share 1/3each. Contact local advocate

Why will his mother get? If indian succession act is followed shouldn't 2/3 belong entirely to the son?? Also the deseased had 2 sisters and 1 brother.
