No Red Corner Notice in Matrimonial Cases Hon’ble SC

THANX FOR THIS NECESSARY JUDGEMENT.

An individual disobeys USA court interim order i.e 'not allowed to travel out of city/overseas without permission, taking subject (kid) along' . people fighting over the custody of kids.

That individual jumps that interim order and comes to India with kids........opponent dislikes it very much cries foul..............

Then why didn't the US court  impound the passports of the subjects?

Indian Hon Courts are very smart in that perspective!!!!! especially in imponding of the passports!!!!!
