My DOB on matric certificate 2nd March 2000...
MY DOB in birth certificate is 1st June 1998..
Based on the Birth certificate I have issued passport and at the same time I have applied for change in DOB in matric certifcate ..but later on our Matric board office refused to change the DOB in matric certificates.. I passout matric in the year 2016..
Now when I apprach to passport offcie to change my birth date as per matric certificate, they refused to do so..Also birth certificate authority also refused to amend the birth certifcate..
Now I am panning to go for study abroad and I need a birth date in passport to be same as Matric certificate..
- Please suggest the procedure how can I change my DOB in passport ???
