hello ..this is the short story below-plz advice---
me and my girlfriend love eachother and we are having a relation of 4 years. her family were forcing her for the marriage on their will and were beating which is a domestic violence case...but before a month she complaint on the nearer ploice station and she was shifted to the shelter home...after all this her parents were ready to do everything and they made a agreement by this points below-:
1.she will not be tortured physically and mentally.
2.she will fget complete freedom for her studies.
3.if any thing happens to my career and my family then they will be the suspect.
4.she will marry me on our will.
5.she will not enter bihar in next 2 years.
after this she went to her home and today her father was telling that he will file a acase upon me...i dnt know what i will do now. and the agreement papers are missing from their home or they took it and did any thing with that...
we are not having any copy of that and there are two agreements first was a name spell error thats why the agreement was being changed..the for the new one we dnt have any xerox and her father doesnt know anything about this
so please advice me anything possible
