Need the kind help.

Dear All,

I XXX Kumar is a resident of India and having a passport with this name having no surname.

I wanted to give my daughter the surname of my family which is Chauhan. To give my daughter a surname it's compulsary in Gujarat, to have it in the father's name, so in her birth certificate my name appeared as XXX Kumar Chauhan and which also has come to her Passport due to the birth certificate.

Now I would like to apply for the French Visa, I would like to know what kind of problems I can face in this case and is there any way by which I can declare that XXX Kumar and XXX Kumar Chauhan is the name of a same person.
