Need help : how to register marriage in register-office

Dear Friends,

I got married in private mini hall. And I have receipt of that marriage hall and marriage Invitation with same name of that Marriage hall. At the same time, have all certificates of mine and wife. What I need to do next. I'm from Madurai area and my wife is from Andhra. Both are working in Chennai and we got marriged in Chennai. Can I register my marriage in Chennai Sub-Register Office. If that is fine, Please let me know the required documents and procedures. My marriage date is Nov -15, 2015. Thanks!!

For marriage registration you have to fill the marriage registration form for that you need seperate photograph of your husband and wife, marriage card, id proof, address proof, two witnesses with their id proofs .
