Need advice on getting married without girl's parent's conse

Respected Sir/Mam
I (27 Year)want to get married with my girlfriend(23 Year), Both of us are Muslim, but her parents are against. I have tried to convince her family but they denied. My family is ready to accept her. We have no other option left, that's why we have decided to go ahead and get married, we know each other since last 4 year.
I have some questions, Please guide me.
1)What is legal acceptability of Nikah or we should go for court marriage? The downside of court marriage is that it require around 30 days duration.
2)Would the nikah be registered later without any trouble?
3)How to overcome false kidnapping case against me and my family. My father is a government employee.
4)Is it better to inform police station/SP Office near her home and what about filing the petition in High Court?
5)How can state women commission help us? and what about Section 506 of IPC.

Go to jurisdiction police station and ask them to help via writing formal request letter. They will do the needful. Wish you happy married life in advance.
