My wife sent divorce petition in my name and my mother as second respondent, i did not receive my summons and it became ex parte,( iam residing in another state) then next for maintenance 125 crpc i got for which i hired an advocate in kerala. he filed for both ex parte and maintenance revision petition, but charging heavily he took 75000 one time payment and each court appearance charging 7000, I think this amout is too much in kerala, what to do now iam not able to pay more money . anyone is charging this much please give your valuable advice
