Need a lawyer to name change

if you want to change your name it shall be applied to the govt. with relevant details, and after approval by the govt., it will be published in the Gazette.

@Querist,

1.Get an affidavit ready with your new proposed name and old name(you currently have).

2.Get these details published in two reputed news-papers.

3.Get these details published in ordinary Gazette of your state.

4.Yout please don't be  confused for the false idea that affidavit is a long and expensive process.Just Contact a lawyer to draft your oath and affirmation in a right manner or do it yourself if you are so able.

Hi, I am Manoj from Ahmedabad.

I need a lawyer in connection with.

My wife have remarried with me.

There is a female child from first marrieage of my wife.

My wife's first husband has been expired.

I have adopted by legal registered adoption deed to my wife's first child.

My name (as father)  is showing in Birth Certificate of adopted child. 

My daughter (adopted) studying in Kendriya Vdyalaya with the name of her biological father and her age is about 6 years.

I want to change name of father - want to show my name - in school records.

School authority don't knnow the procedure of change of name of father instead of biological father to adoptive father.

I dont know the procedure. Please contact if you have have solution

No need to change fathers name on educational records. The Maharastra state government will implement the change in the secondary school code,  "The Goverment Resolution of Maharastra will state that educational documents, forms and certificates will make a separate provision for the mother's name and surname,
