Need Help in Divorce

we applied Divorce under cruelty the opponent party Denied the cruelty and they also opted for Divorce. in there counter they said the marriage was not consummated.

now the magistrate has given date for orders without any Chief examine Cross, Arguments.

now can we file a potion asking to send both Husband and Wife for the medical examination to test whether the marriage was Consummated or not. Before ORDER date.

Mr. Kirankumar, u have not presented your query properly ... who is this we applied for divorce ??? then u say opponent party denied cruelty ????? then u mention they also opted for divorce ...... am unable to gather anything concrete from the facts put forward by you ....

i agree with Dharmesh Manjeshwar because u have not explained ur problem well

by this we can say that both can go for divorce in sec-13b. mutually and get sepreated

Now the magistrate has given date for orders without any Trial.

Now can we file a petition asking to send both Husband and Wife for the medical examination to test whether the marriage was Consummated or not. Before ORDER date.
