I am residing in natham land Chennai which is mentioned as Government land (Collector land), we live for more than 25 years in same place in chennai but manytimes we enquired for getting patta but no response. We dont have any sale deed but we pay property water ssewage tax in our names but land belongs to government. i would need your suggestion to know if there is any possibility to get patta in our name for this land of Sq feet 583.
