Dear Sir,
In our society father and son are joint members but son died in road accident. Now how to give noc to father for changing name in the records of sociery, BMC taxes/Electirity Bill. He want single name of himself to be retained in the records. Sons wife had remarried to somebody else and settled down.
What will be the process in this case, please suggest. Nomination is registered in the name of Mother of son means wife of first joint owner.
