Name Affidavit Effect

Hello Sir, My name is Priya Banerjee (Male) and working in Software organization for last 6 years. All my academic, ID docs including Birth Certificate contains name as Priya which should be Priyo. I face lot of confutions specially from foreign clients due to this. Please let me know if changing my name to Priyo from Priya will be advisable at this stage. And will the change can create any negative impact in future.
