Just wanted to understand what can we do here
Background.
1. Buyer approaches me for purchase
2. Society issues NOC on my name stating everything is cleared
3. Bank loan is approved , bank in addition to few other documents before releasing the cheq ask one particular document in their format which contains following
a. NOC to make the buyer member of the society
b. Statement stating they wont issue NOC since the new buyer has mortgaged the property
4. The Secreatary and President have some perosnal grudge against me and have been avoiding the same for last 15 days stating one reason or other.
I am lost what needs to be done . Please note this propert is in Navi Mumbai in Cidco and we have all the required documents. like
1. Cidco transfer letter etc
Can you please suggest what can be done
