Respected all I gave a blank cheque to my landlord as security ,when I vacate his property I asked about my cheque he said I will search it out and will give you but after some time I got a legal notice for repayment of 5 lac rupees as I have never borrowed 5 lac rupees neither cash or cheque now I received a summon from court I want to challenge this in HC u/s 482 crpc please guide me it would be very grateful
