My rights on ancestral property

hello,,,

am rajeev....

my mother has a blind brother and a sister. When the family property was partitoned, my mom's eldest brother gave 80 cents of land and 70 cents of field to each one of them. And the elder brother took the resposiblity to look after them and made a clause in the registration papers that upon their death- he will get their properties. Now the blind brother passed away. The blind sister is still with my uncle- but he is not looking atr her well.

I owuld like to know if me or my mom or my cousins hold any right on that property? I mean on both the blind bro and sis's property?

iF so what should w do to claim it?

How can we take her custodanship if she is willing to move to the house of any other bro or sis of hers?

thanks in advance....

Raji Nair.
