Hello All,
My mother got remarried in year 1999 and my biological father got expired in 1987. My 10th an 12th cirtificate got the name my biological father and now ,when I applied the pasport , the passport authority denied the name of my step father. I'd like to ask , if there is any way forward to deal with this.
