my mother wants to claim share of her from her mothers' and father' (died) properties which are herditary properties.

is it possible? what are the laws relevant?

Now daughter has a equal right as well as son.

First send a notice to respondent OR directly file the civil case in court.

But file the case after telephonic discussion to me or another civil Lawyer. its must.

Also take advice regarding notice facts.

dear your mother can file a suit for recovery of her share from the ancessotral propert y if there is no partition of property happen before 2005 .

the partion implemented before the succesion amnedment act 2005 can not be revoked

but if that property is still unpartitioned your mother can claim for that or as a heir you can also claim for that property.
