I am a 37 Years old guy, married in 2011 and now since 6 months living alone.
My wife doesnt want to stay with me, we have a daughter of 5 year old, before an year, she took away daughter and kept in my in-laws place and 6 months ago she moved saying she cannot stay any more and now she is saying i need to take care of daughter, i stay alone and my parents stay in some other state.
now we are applying for mutual divorce. my questions are
