Iam new to this forum.
after long battle in my matrimonial life , filed divorce case by me and it was dismiised again appeal and now wife accepted for MCD.
appeal case was withdrawn and MCD was filed.
now my wife lawyer is saying that she is not interested in divorce and she needs to live with me and moreover she will return the amount which she received as a part of consent.
whether she is eligible for that.
if so what i need to do.
