Hello,
My self and my wife had filled for divorce under mutual consent in the month of April 2010, when the first motion was completed. The second motion will be due after six months after the first motion which is in the month of october. Now i know that she has gone to USA and is not planning to come back before Jan. 2011.
Is there anyway i can legally ask her to come ontime for the second motion, as im not happy by her action of not planning to come at the scheduled time. Or is there any other way the second motion can happen in a remote manner (Video Conference) or some way of power attorney etc.
This case is in courts of Delhi.
