Multiple trials under one FIR

Whether a person can be subjected to multiple trials under one FIR for the commission of an indentical offence with different cut off periods in a case when a composite FIR for embezzlement was registered?

Definitely prosecution side is free to cut the different incidents contained in a single FIR and trial accordingly can be initiated.

Sir, suppose a composite complaint was made regarding the embezzlement of funds....and a composite FIR was lodged on the basis of that very complaint......but later on, the investigatiing officer cut off the FIR and presented diffferent challans under the same very FIR.....then what will be ur opinion?
