Mts notice to come before adalath

MTS has send me a notice to appear before adalath.

I had taken an MTS internet connection last year. The connection was not giving the offered speed. So i raised a complaint to them. They told me to reset the internet device. After doing that the problem was not resolved. I complained again and again. No response from them. After 2 months I stopped paying bills. So they have disconnected the service. Now they have sent a notice to appear before adalath.

What should I do?

Should I pay the amount?

What happens if I didnt go to adalath?

I have email copies of complaints that I was facing speed issues for more than 3 months. Is this a valid proof for submitting in the adalath?

Anyone had any previous experience like this?

Please help.

If it is permanent Lok Adalat then later you may not be able to challenge the award.

The copies of complaint can help.

Better engage  an able counsel specializing in consumer matters.

Or Pay.
