thanks for your reply, but i would like to know is there any law in india that the property on mother name will not belongs to her children. It belongs to her brothers.

dear nayeem the property which was ur fathernow this property is the name of ur mother ,only right of children on this property bcz according to hindu law all the legal heirs of class1 is right on the property of ur father
