Mistake in father middle name

respected sir,

by mistakely my father name in 10th and 12th marksheet written Angad Pal, but his correct name is Angad dev or in his document Angad dev and still i have not driving licence and voter i.card made and want make with correct name and also passport, tell me what shoud i do

You can subit an application to correct this mistake with supporting affidavit to concerned board or authority. Some times it requires paper publication according to departmental rules. Otherwise publication of such information in govt. Gazzette is enough for all purposes.
