Dear All,
I have a quearyrelated to minimum wages act. I am working and getting 16k salary (basic 6500 HRA 2600 and stretch performance 6120). 780 PF and PT. But there no ESic applicable on my salary. what is the rule, for company it is mandotry to give ESIC or not.
